First let's get to Tiger. Can you imagine the world stopped for 15 minutes on Friday. Who do you know who didn't watch or listen?
I kind of wish he would have said.."I'm Tiger Woods. I'll do what I want, when I want. Now I'm going to play some golf. Have a nice day."...See, that way it would have been over.
Anyway, as far as a public mea culpa, he did well. Except for going after the Media. Tiger, you said yourself, you were the only one to blame. So, not the media's fault, YOURS. And that PED reference, where did that come from? Is there more to that story?
Bottom line, most of this stuff is between Tiger and his wife. All we really want to know is when are you going to play again? It looked like he'd be back for Arnie's tournament at Bay Hill and then on to the Master's. Now not so sure about that.
USA, USA...great Olympic stuff. Bode, Apolo, The athelete formerly known as the Flying Tomato, Lindsey, Shani, both hockey teams...just great!!!
Can we just pass this additional dollar cigarette tax? We don't need to be losing any more school days.

They're supporting a 40 day program encouraging parishoners to use locally produced food and products during the Lenten season. Dana Clark Felty had the story in Saturday's Savannah Morning News.
